Your ‘Lid’ On Abundance
I’d like to share a small story with you about
“Abundance.”
In the story, I use “money” as an example of letting
abundance into your life - but of course as you
already know…
Abundance is everything. It is the nature of your
true self. Money is a mere reflection of abundance of
your true self.
It just so happens though, that in the way the world
works right now… our money situations
are great reflections of the twisted
images we all have of ourselves.
(Unless you live in a Utopia land where capitalism
does not exist)
So for this purpose, we’ll use money, but keep in
mind, this applies to every-thing.
Story:
I once met a near billionaire, this man was worth
600 million dollars. And he had made all of it, in a
matter of 12 months.
To make it short, he found a very quick way to
generate large amounts of money by
buying/selling/shipping. He started completely broke,
and put his house up as capital to start his first
deal.
When I first met him, there was nothing different
about this man than anyone else.
He was rather ordinary looking. Quite boring
actually.
Since there was nothing different on the “outside”
obviously, it was on the inside.
A few days later, I figured I’d actually ask him
what that was, and he told me just a few things that
struck a deep cord in me.
He said…
“Kacper,
There is no such thing as “a lot” of money.
There’s no such thing as “a little” money
There is no such thing as “a lot” of anything.
There is no such thing as “a little” of anything”
It’s all an illusion that keeps you trapped in a
box.
When I was young, my father once told me something
which I never understood until just a year ago, he
said….
‘Son… you have to dig long and hard for peanuts,
but the fruits and oranges are right there for
everyone, all you have to do is reach out with your
hands and pick them..’ ”
That’s all he said… that’s all he needed to say.
You see, one of “safety lids” we wear our entire
lives is… compulsive labeling.
We walk around all day labeling things, fitting them
into our little “box” of reality, what we think is
true, how people should act, how you should act…
It’s a life of struggle.
Then one day you may hear the message…
“Hey, Abundance is available to you!”
Then… of course… the mind takes this message and
very quickly puts a lid on it…
“Oh… Abundance… you mean like… A LOT of
stuff?”
Right away… Abundance is now ” a lot” of
something…
Well… the trouble with “a lot” … is that you are
comparing it to something which you consider “not a
lot” or “normal”
So if in your mind 500 is normal… 5000 is a lot.
5 is a little
So your mind thinks… “Oh Abundance… that’s like
5000 of something”
Well… all of a sudden… Abundance isn’t
Abundance anymore. Abundance now has a label and a
generalization. It is limited.
How can Abundance be Limited?
This is the common trap we fall into when
we read about Abundance.
You see, this thing called “Abundance” that I’ve
been writing to you in the past isn’t some external
event or energy that is “mysteriously” going to flow
into your life.
Abundance is simply the nature of your true self.
The nature of who you truly are behind all those
limits, labels, and conceptualizations you have of
what your world should be like.
Behind what your mind thinks is comfortable.
The true nature of yourself is limitless!
Abundance is limitless.
As the old saying goes:
“From Abundance He Took… And Abundance Remained”
This is unbelievable to the mind. The mind cannot
grasp.
Because the mind needs reference points… it needs
a safety net.
So when you live from the mind(as opposed to your
heart) You’re constantly comparing everything.
You either have “very little” and you’re constantly
trying to get “a lot”
Or you have “normal” and you’re terrified of getting
“a lot” or “a little” because of what it might “mean”
to you and others to be different.
Or you have “a lot” and you’re terrified of losing it
all… Or, you live an inflated life of constantly
trying to live up to the image of what a person who
has “a lot” behaves like, speaks like, relates like,
looks like.
Each one is hell!
First, abundance is the absence of all “having.”
The realization that all ownership is bogus.
Just an idea in your head.
Secondly, Abundance is the invitation of limitless.
The dropping of all your labels.
You hear everyone saying these things…
“I want more money!”
“I want more love!”
“I want better sex!”
“I want more health!”
As COMPARED to what!?
All these are simply saying…
“I want more limitation!”
“I really enjoy my prison and I want better wall
paper on my cell!”
Begin to drop all your labels, and your story of
what you have and what you don’t have…
You may be surprised as to how quickly your
“reality” changes.
Dropping all labels doesn’t mean you stop trying to
“improve” things or situation.
Positive action is still necessary, but it doesn’t
have to come from a label anymore… doesn’t have to
come from scarcity.
“From Limitation He Did And Limitation Is All That
was Left”
May all beings be free.

Dear Kasper,
I have read all that you have written via email (sometimes several times).
For 44 years I have been in service to others which seems to give me the greatest satisfaction in life but allows me little time to BE there for myself especially in intimate relationships.
How do you address this?
Sicerely & with thanks,
Janene

Great Story! In one of Dr. Wayne Dyer’s speeches, he speaks of labeling and says a great quote by Soren Kierkegaard which goes “Once you label me, you negate me.”

Brilliant. Can you clarify how one can increase infinite intensity of
abundance fulfilment in now. Or can have all the fulfillment of abundance now. You are more sounding like King Budha who renuniciation all material
kingdom for eternity of abundance. Basic point is not about mind one
realistic fulfilment.

I really enjoyed your article of abundance; it really resonates with me very well. I just received your “Swimming in Abundance” cd, and that also speaks directly to my heart. It is brilliant, and you and John were so articulate! I keep listening to it, and will listen to it again this evening on my train back home. I now want to purchase the Dancing with the Universe program, as I know that much much more wisdom will be revealed to me. Thank you so much for offering such heart opening information for us “struggling” lightworkers.

Since listening to Swimming in Abundance and Dancing with the Universe I am completely amazed at all of the wonderful things and people that have come into my life.
It is just a matter of allowing them to come to you. Being thankful. And realizing that you deserve it.
At first I was catching myself turning down some wonderful opportunities from people. I thought, no I can’t do that. Then moments later I realized wow this could be the opportunity of a lifetime and I could have completely turned it away.
I do notice a lot of the little things, such as someone giving me their parking stub as a pull into a lot and their stub still has 3 hours left on it. Then I realize that just a few weeks ago I did the same thing for another individual, but I only had 45 minutes left. I thought wow, the Universe is paying me back….isn’t this cool.
There has been so much more and I hope to share it with all of you one day.
My only suggestion is to not go looking for it, just allow it to come to you and recognize when it is happening.
I wish you all abundance in your lives,
Scott

DOes labeling also apply to goals? In one way the “limiting” mindset is related to goals; taking the same example of 500 to 5000, the latter that is 5000 in this case can be construed as a goal and propel action towards it; does “being in abundance” then mean abandoning goals? your thoughts?
